By confirming your order you accept the following Terms and Conditions:
Any email or any acknowledgment by us of a receipt of an order placed by you does not mean that we have accepted your order. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Buckingham Balloons Ltd. will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have told you that we do not accept your order or you have canceled it.
Your rights to cancel
1.You have the right to cancel an order but we will not refund the packing and postage charges if the goods have already been processed for shipping. Please refer to our Returns policy below.
2. Because of the nature of our operation and the volume of emails we receive, we recommend that instructions for cancellation are made by fax on 01225752410 as early in the day as possible. If you are unable to fax us we may not be able to read your email before your order has been processed. Please note we usually process orders Tuesday to Friday from 10.00am and your communication may reach us after we have processed your order.
All instructions to cancel must be clear and quote your name & address and the paypal transaction number on the fax/email you have received at the time you placed your order.
PAYMENT
Payment online is through PayPal by phone through LloydsTSB Cardnet.

1. We may dispatch your order in a number of installments and each dispatch is a separate contract and is not connected to any other dispatch.
2 The prices quoted on the website are subject to change from time to time. The current price shown on the website is the price you will be charged. Any variation to the price shown must be confirmed in writing by Buckingham Balloons Ltd. before your order is accepted by us. The prices shown does not include postage and packing charges: these are shown separately.
3 We will try to make sure that the prices and all other information on the website are accurate but we are not liable for anything that happens due to errors that may appear to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer or other statutory rights that may not be excluded or in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
4 All the products on the website are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that all items shown on the website are in stock and are available and ready for dispatch. Display of an item on the website is not an indication that the item is in stock.
5 If you have selected an item that is not in stock we will try to contact you as quickly as we can. We will try to do this within 24 hours (except on weekends and bank/public holidays when we normally do not work). Please note that at busy times of the year including prior to Halloween and Christmas we cannot guarantee to contact you within this time.
Delivery

2 The time for delivery of your order varies according to the method of shipment. Buckingham Balloons Ltd have no control over the goods once they are shipped and cannot guarantee the time your order will arrive.
3 We only deliver to the UK mainland. Any orders received from outside the UK mainland will be cancelled and refunded
4 We will not refund any charges relating to packing and shipping if you fail to take delivery of the goods at the address given by you on your order.
Every effort is made to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible: different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways and so exact colour matches are not possible over the Internet. Because of the type of products we offer, there can be minor variations in colour and style from the descriptions and pictures on the website: Buckingham Balloons Ltd will always dispatch goods of comparable or superior quality.
This Contract is deemed to have been made in England and is governed by English Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts as regards any claim, dispute or matter arising out of or relating to this Contract.
Returns Policy
You may return any item to us if it has not been used or worn and the tamper seals are in place where tamper seals are provided and you:

send the goods back to us in the original packing unopened within seven days of delivery to you;

follow all our instructions stated in out Returns Policy;

accept that we are not responsible if the goods do not reach us for any reason.
You must obtain a returns number please contact by email or 01225752410, if no returns number is obtained no refund will be given and the item/s will remain with us until return postage is paid for it's return to the customer.
We do not accept returns for wigs, eyelashes, makeup, masks due to hygienic reasons unless packaging is unopened and tamper seals are in place
The customer must pay for the postage to return the order. A refund for the cost of the goods, or a replacement will be issued to the customer once the goods have been received and checked by a member of staff to ensure that they have not been used. Due to the nature of our business particular scrutiny will be used in connection with this aspect of our returns policy. If there is a discrepancy over the returned goods, Buckingham Balloons Ltd. will contact the customer within 7 days of receipt to discuss this
The rejected, faulty or damaged product must be returned to Buckingham Balloons Ltd before the refund or replacement can be issued. The customer is given up to 30 days after receipt of the order to return the goods to Buckingham Balloons Ltd, however they must still comply to the acceptance procedure, and contact Buckingham Balloons Ltd. within 7 days of receipt to inform of the return.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
